Telemarketing Role

Principle: To actively self-generate new business opportunities and therefore book appointments for the sales team.

Role responsibilities:
You will be responsible to soften and develop new prospects using multiple sales tools, not be limited to all social media, local press, and databases. You will be working as part of a team to aid your sales colleagues by booking appointments and seeking out mid to high-level business opportunities.

• Cold calling 80-120 calls per day.
• Lead generation.
• Generate appointments for the field sales team.
• To update and maintain CRM.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, products, and services that CTECH can deliver.
• To achieve individual and company targets.

What we are looking for:
• Self-motivated.
• Team Player looking to move beyond a telemarketer role.

Hours: Minimum of 12 hours per week, this is worked over 2 days.

Pay: To be discussed in the interview.
